He’s everywhere, and nowhere!
We’ve all had those moments. It’s so intense, you feel the presence of something everywhere. You might react to this feeling with awe, sadness, comfort, belonging and so much more. We can feel this presence when we think of God. When we think of a departed loved one. Or when we have strong memories play out. And so many more thoughts.
The mind is a wonderful tool, it creates these intense feelings (or body thoughts as I like to call them). Even today I’ve been wondering through the City of London, where I lived with my ex-husband for 8 years. It’s like I’m waiting for him to pop out of a corner and say hi, in his shuffling uncomfortable walk, hands in his pockets. I could believe this is a sign, ‘that he is everywhere’ because I want to think about this memory, because I enjoy interpreting this memory. But it is just that. A memory, a thought of someone who used to be in my life.
So I’ll just enjoy seeing how powerful my mind can see this world, how much it can interpret, how much it can experience. But it doesn’t mean anything to who am I. I could believe it does, but I’d be lying to myself. Because very simply, I lived in London for 8 years with someone. Of course the city would remind me of him. I just see behind the curtain. It’s just a beautiful memory.
Come to know the Light of Who you are, for There is Nothing Else to Know!
